    Our primary focus is the DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia). For clients outside the area, we provide remote support, and for larger projects we can travel or fly in for an additional fee based on your service plan.


    Most clients are onboarded within 48 hours of their initial consultation.

    Your initial consultation is free. Some specialized sessions (like strategy or premium assessments) may carry a fee, which is credited toward your service plan if you sign on.

    Final pricing is customized to your situation after a consultation.


    Insurance/renovation services are percentage-based. Concierge memberships are monthly per property. Estate transitions are custom per project. Vendor payments are always billed separately.


    Yes. We offer reduced rates for 12, 24, and 36-month commitments.


    For clients under contract, early cancellations are subject to a fee equal to one month of service.


    Yes. We support homeowners, businesses, and professionals (attorneys, real estate agents, insurance partners, and HR leaders). Each service is tailored to the unique needs of that client type.
